This Week's Lesson

Valeri taught our lesson this Sunday. Joseph Smith stated, "It is impossible for a man to be saved in ignorance." We are here on this earth to gain our knowledge of salvation, to be able to return to Heavenly Father. The most important thing for us in this life is to learn of Jesus Christ. We do not need to make the Gospel so intellectually complicated. It is simple and beautiful. God will adapt to our own levels of understanding, teaching us what we need to learn. From the book The Little Prince, "But the eyes are blind, one must look with the heart." The Gospel of Jesus Christ is simple. We should focus on our faith in the basics. Our faith in Jesus Christ and repentance. Try to do good and be like Him.
